Today I start the change...

And the reason I am posting this horrendous picture of me, it's because I want to come and remind myself of the promise I made.... I am going to lo lose 40 lbs!! I WILL!!! (sigh)

Starting weight as of 04/21/09 255lbs

Note to self: Just remember how it is to be living in constant pain because of your weight... remember Rolo... :o)
